John writing for Trish - who is worn out from a weekend of good family, good food, and good exercise of both her body and her brain.
Our sister Mary Ellen and her fella, Walter, (both here from their home in Manhattan) stayed with Trish this weekend, along with help from Trisha's nephew, Christoph, and his girlfriend, Ann. Nancy and I were away. Mary and Walter did a great job of cooking healthy organic food for Trish and regulating visits from several family members and friends. Cousin Sally, came this evening with a fabulous lasagna, and dessert was amazing homemade chocolate ice cream from John and Linda Brooks. Trish took a hike up and down our steep stairs afterward.
Tuesday will be a trip back to UCSF to visit the docs and get information about plans for future treatment. Stay tuned ...

Hey, Trish, Judy here. Great job arranging that 5-star team of personal chefs. I thought only celebrities are so fortunate. [grin] Very jealous about the homemade chocolate ice cream. Yum. Love your profile comment. (Forgot about the "small corner" aspect.) Have never stopped missing The Big House. Thinking of you constantly, and keeping informed by family. Best wishes, Judy.
ReplyDeleteKeep it up!!! I am hoping for all the best news when you visit the doctor this week.
ReplyDeleteHallo liebe Trisha,
ReplyDeleteSo good to hear that you're already walking up and down stairs! I am looking forward to a time when I can come and visit with you. My best and warm wishes for the next steps in your recovery.
Hugs from Sigrid

I hope tomorrow's appointment gives you good treatment options. I will be interested to hear what you choose. Let me know when a good time to visit would be.
Love and kisses,
